Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your festive look, but if your sweater isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original holiday tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your sweater in its original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our North Pole warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
