How do I know which size to order?
All our sweaters are unisex sizing unless otherwise stated. We recommend checking the size chart on the product page and measuring a sweater you already own for the perfect fit.
When should I order to receive my sweater by Christmas?
For guaranteed delivery before Christmas, please place your order by December 15th for standard shipping or December 20th for priority express shipping.
Are your sweaters machine washable?
Most of our knits are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, sweaters with 3D elements, LED lights, or sequins should be hand-washed only to prevent damage.
What is your holiday return policy?
We offer an extended holiday return window. Items purchased in November and December can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, provided they are unworn and have tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our ugly sweaters worldwide. International shipping times vary by location but typically take 10-14 business days.
